Welcome to MU Physics!Herbert Jaeger approved as next Chair of Physics The Miami University Provost has approved the appointment of Herbert Jaeger as the next chair of the Department of Physics for a five year term commencing with the 2012-13 academic year. College of Arts and Science Dean Phyllis Callahan made the announcement on May 1, 2012, stating, "I believe Dr. Jaeger will be an effective advocate for your department and I look forward to working with him.
