Scholarships
Highly qualified students entering Miami University and majoring in physics or engineering physics are eligible for $1000 Frische Scholarships. These scholarships are merit-based, and no special application forms are required. If you would like to be a candidate for a Frische Scholarship, submit your application for admission to Miami University and then contact the Chair of the Physics Department to ask to be considered for a Frische award.
Physics and engineering physics majors entering their sophomore, junior, and senior years are eligible for several different scholarships. Awards are based on academic performance. These include:
